Fighting Fit Studio is all about using fighting techniques from Wing Chun and Jeet Kun Do to give an all round fitness regime as well as to teach basic self defence movements.

Using functional exercises mixed with punching and kicking techniques as well as fitness programmes my site will increase your speed, strength, cardio and flexibility. So you should get Faster, Fitter and Stronger and develop a good strong core. Along with an improved diet it should also help with weight loss. Improving muscle tone and body alignment.
