These are easy exercises that can be done by most people.

You can use it as a timed workout, 30 seconds to 1 minute is good. For more advanced do 1 set 1 min each exercise, then 45 seconds each exercise and lastly 30 seconds. Have a 30 second to 1 minute rest between sets

Quick workout is three sets of 10 or 20 reps
