Working with you to improve body image and become more body positive. Weight issues for a lot of people is not just about what you eat, but how you think and feel to. So as a qualified counsellor we take a look at your emotional and psychological behaviours as well as your nutritional and physical needs. This creates long term change as well as helps to improve quality of life, self belief and self confidence.

As a qualified sports counsellor and hypnotherapist I can also work with people who are looking to improve their sporting abi;ities. So if you are competing but find yourself unable to progress, normally this is caused through psychological beliefs and fears, we can look at what is creating these blockages and start changing them.
