Fighting Fit Workouts

These workouts are designed to give you all round fitness to help you to get faster, fitter and stronger.

Using functional exercises mixed with punching, blocks and kicking techniques learnt from Wing Chun and Jeet Kun Do you should gain better cardio fitness, increase physical strength and muscle toning as well as improve core strength.

This form of fighting fitness is a form of Chinese boxing designed by myself to dummy down the two martial arts into a simpler form for exercise.

This is not a martial arts class but more of a fun and functional way of using martial arts techniques to improve your fitness.
