Hi, I’m Michelle,
I’m a Personal Trainer who uses fighting exercises and circiuts to improve fitness and personal safety.
As a personal trainer I use the skills I’ve learnt from martial arts and strength training to improve my clients fitness, confidence, focus and ability to defend themselves.
For those clients less interested in a fighting fit programme I offer body building and toning through the use of weights, kettlebells and callisthenics.
My blogs and programmes on this web site will be geared towards people wanting to learn fighting skills in a less formal form of training. This will include videos for technique practice, exercise routines to improve physical fitness as well as increase body strength, muscle toning, flexibility and abs.
The fitness programme is especially designed for women or men who have no fighting skills as well as for people who just want to improve their fitness and endurance in a fun and active way.
