Office work means a long time sitting and generally staring at a screen. Staff training can include fitness classes. These classes can helps with team building as well as self protection. I use skills and techniques taken from Kung fu and kick boxing in my classes.
Fighting fit studio uses pad work for cardio fitness, punching / kicking and body weighted exercises for core strengthening and muscle toning.
Since working with Mamou Mani I have watched the team build in confidence and work well together giving each other support and guidance.
