As a sports psychologist and life coach, I help people reach their full potential in life and sports by looking at the negative behaviours, memories, and beliefs that may be holding you back.

Helping you to transform into the beautiful butterfly you have always meant to be means dealing with emotional traumas and life scars that might be causing negative or repetitive behaviours in your life that are holding you back from success and happiness.

Being willing to look at whatever it is holding you back or causing you to feel held back or stuck will help you to move forward and achieve success as well as a more content and emotionally fulfilled life.

Whether it be a sporting challenge or career, life or relationship goals challenging your thought processes, subconscious or conscious, is the only way to achieve the success you want.

As a sports psychologist and hypnotherapist, I am able to help clients look at behaviours and attitudes that keep them stuck.

I have spent most of my working career working with others both physically and mentally to get to a point where they love and respect themselves enough to create the life theyโ€™ve always wanted.

The biggest lesson in life is to accept your flaws so no one can use them against you, and what you may see as flaws could be used positively as part of your success.

The mind is a powerful tool, and if left unchecked, it can create a reality or perception that is flawed and damaging to you living a happy and fulfilled life.

Or becoming successful and achieving your goals.

As a PT I work around the London E9 area, outside training in Well St common, Victoria Pk, London Fields, Wellington Green, etc. Gym training at Titan gym, Hackney London E8 3RD, no membership fees and entrance fee included in PT payment. Workouts - bodybuilding, martial arts and pad workouts, Calisthenics, Circuits, and functional training. I have over 20 years of fitness teaching fitness which includes strength training, body alignment, flexibility, and rehabilitation.
