This 6 week programme is designed to help you look at your behavioural and emotional patterns around weight gain and change them.
It includes 18 hours of fitness broken down into 1 hour sessions beginning with twice a week and moving into 3.
6 week eating plan agreed at start of programme that will encourage fast but safe weight loss.
Counselling to help understand and change psychological behaviours and patterns.
