So January is ending and this is the time that most people who joined a gym with good intentions after Christmas will stop going. This is usually because they lose motivation and return to their old habits.
So how do you get your motivation back???
Some people will employ a personal trainer and this is shown to be the most successful way to achieving your goals. Other ways is to go along with a friend so you can motivate each other or join a class that you might enjoy and get group support.
Exercise should be fun so think outside the box, going to a gym is not the only way to get fit. Swimming, badminton, netball, football, rugby, martial arts, etc are also great ways of improving your fitness while doing something you enjoy.
